Federal, state and regional emissions regulations are popping up like daises.  For diesel trucks 14,000 lbs. and over, the decision to replace, retrofit or modify use is complex.  Once the vehicles are compliant, fleets must routinely submit reports to regulatory agencies.  Smart fleets know that grant money is available to fleets for clean air incentives.  The applications are numerous – the process competitive.
